SERVICES

ROOFING

Your roof is your home’s first line of defense against the elements. At River Crest Contracting, we provide complete residential and commercial roofing solutions—from full roof replacements and new installations to inspections and repairs. Whether you need durable asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or custom flashing, our team delivers superior weatherproofing and quality craftsmanship built for the Lower Mainland climate.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

Building or renovating shouldn't be stressful. We oversee your entire project from concept to completion—managing subcontractors, permits, schedules, and budgets—so you can relax while we bring your vision to life.

EXTERIOR FINISHING

Exterior finishing is the final step in the construction or renovation of a building's outer shell. It refers to the various materials and techniques used to protect and beautify the exterior of a building, while also providing insulation and waterproofing. Some common exterior finishing materials include stucco, brick, stone, wood, vinyl siding, and metal cladding. We’ll work with you to reach your exterior dreams.

ASSOCIATIONS

Melissa Geddert, BC Canada

"After our first consultation with Norm, we knew that we were dealing with a professional, who not only knew his products, but was able to give us great design advice. As first time home builders, we had a lot of questions, and through his guidance, Norm was able to help us see the end result before we got there. His crew was able to problem solve on the fly, and communicated with us daily when on site to ensure that the end product and design met our expectations. The attention to detail on our wood soffits and hardi siding is something that is noticed by everyone that visits our property. We would recommend Rivercrest Contracting to anyone!"
